Araliya Community Co. (Gurantee) Ltd. is a community venture dedicated to the financial empowerment of low income families in Sri Lanka. Since our inception in 2003, Araliya Community has remained true to its vision and continuously contributed to the improvement of financial stability of the employees. At Araliya, we not only provide them with a source of income, but also they were taught of artistic skills and how to transform their innate talent for creativity into a mode of income.
Today, we are proud to employ over a group of 60 enthusiastic employees who are also the stakeholders of our company. We are keen on maintaining the promising working environment that thrives on a shared passion for self-improvement and artistic discovery.
